We have an exciting and informative line-up of topics and speakers this year. We are going to start out with a Low Stress Livestock Handeling session with Dylan Biggs from TK Ranch, followed by an afternoon of Riparian Health, and Tame/ Native Pasture Health out in the field with Kelsey Spicer-Rawe, Amanda Halawell and new to the agenda, Angela Burkinshaw.
Make sure you join us on the evening of the 15th to hear stories and music from the Genuine Cowgirls around the campfire.
Day 2 will include Livestock Genetics with Elisa Marques from Beefbooster, and breakout sessions; Native Plants, Weed Identification/Control with former Olds College instructor Carol Bubar, and discuss oil and gas with Jim Kiss from the Farmers Advocate of Alberta. We will finish up with "Whats new and interesting in range management" with Chris Nykoluk from Ag. Canada, Fencing with Marvin Jackson from Sundog Solar, and Winter Watering Systems With Jason Wright from Cap Solar.
